They seem to have a few others with zip up back. If I didn't have a closet literally full of swimsuits and leotards, I'd probably buy a couple.

Concur, however there is a cross strap behind the neck with a weird clip. Some minor stitching to add a loop to each side of that back of neck strap would make padlocking easy.
