Mmm.... for 620 peers there should be around 15 active ones. 1 is way too low. Keep adding certs and approving connections!
Also, you should be able to see forums now. Subscribe to Tor key exchange ones, post your keys and add from others.
Warning: do not post your cert in not-cert dedicated forums! Unless there is a dedicated thread for the certs!

It's not possible and not needed. You need active peers, who have active peers with saved forums.
How many active peers do you see now? Can you leave it on over the night?

I wonder if something else is wrong here. I would still blame the possible conflict between RS Tor and Tor Browser Tor.
But yes, please leave it on for as long as possible.

Wher do you see this?
Just in case, I still recommend starting RS alone, without Tor browser:

It's about RS. You need firefox to connect to RS, which would use its own Tor in this case. Did you notice any difference, when there is no Tor browser running?

Just in case, if you a

eady have Tor installed

I do not use the existing Tor, I use the RS built-in one.
And I do not have the "Test" button to check the incoming connections.

Hey, just a question
maybe it's supposed to be this way for some reason, but I have 1927 friends of which 9 or so are usually online, but I can only see 8 directories in my friends files tab. Is anything wrong? It just seems like not a lot of files and from what I hear about RS I thought it had tons..

- just stay online, to get the list, both you and your peer must be online
- the peer must allow file sharing
- to make the files visible, option "Directory content is visible to friend nodes" (Files -> My files -> Configure shared directories)
- files are accessible indirectly from other peers (use Files -> Search)
