probably resolved:
the problem was the syntax of the torrc file (and the fact that i was using the 6.4 version that didn't have the "hidden note" part from point 4 of the guide.
My torrc file now looks like this:
ControlPort auto
Log notice stdout
HiddenServiceDir C:/Users/andrea/Downloads/RetroShare-0.6.5-Windows-Portable-20190204-1-gfb005f041-Qt-5.12.0-tor/Data/tor/hidden_service/
HiddenServicePort 9878 127.0.0.1:7934
Notice the difference from the guide are:
HiddenServiceDir and not HiddenServiceDirectory and
HiddenServicePort 9878 127.0.0.1:7934 (look at how the numbers are written)
ps. i resolved looking at a part of this guide http://retroshare.sourceforge.net/wiki/i...oShare_Tor
pps. now i need to see if it work for the downloads -_-
ppps. thanks for the patience XD

I think it's configured the same as mine and it works as expected (green light). Can you see any forums?

I see you do not have any friends online, and only 9 certificates added - that's not enough. To get anything decently working you need at least 150-200, so please keep adding certs from the cert thread.
