@Thelost111 - it's not a Tor, but a i2p cert. Pretty much nobody would be able to peer with you.

Generally, Tor is more universal, as you can browse Internet via Tor, i2p is for the internal i2p network and more complex (also to setup) than Tor. i2p is more decentralized, than Tor. OTOH, Tor network has much more users,

Nope, it's not a Tor one. This one does have any location, even the clear net one.
