Pantyhose or Leggings

How do you complete a fashion look with pantyhose and stockings? As far as I am concerned, most women prefer black pantyhose while men wish to see them in nude pantyhose. Is that true or am I the only one who think so? 

And would you like to go with pantyhose or leggings outfits? Why?

I like leggings in the colder months. Pantyhose in spring and summer.
As for the color, I’ll take coffee or suntan pantyhose. Tights? Black for me.
As for the outfits, bright red top with blue denim skirt and coffee/suntan hoes.
Add black boots to Compleat the look.
Or, a black turtleneck with a black leather jacket and skirt works with black or suntan pantyhose and boots.
A sundress? Nude hoes or none at all.

Just my thoughts.
