Can anybody explain this photo from this ultra-thin, shiny pantyhose page:

   

The material looks like it's very thin, highly polished latex (very condom-like). There is no suck effect on any other photos, for example, this:

   

Seems like a classic loosen pantyhose but the feet are under water…

You can see the water reflecting on the ‘link’ between water and the right ankle.
