The 'plot' is that she has been given a pantyhose catsuit that once worn magically starts to bind and gag her, but this is what I think an alternative 'plot' might be.

She has undertaken some deep hypnosis and the trigger is to wear the catsuit, at key moments the hypnotic control adds new 'bondage' rendering her more and more helpless.
