I guess because people (general public, not the fetish community) say "latex leggings" to basically any type of leggings that are shiny and look like the real thing. If these were real latex (rubber) leggings I would buy them, but 300 euros for PVC leggings? That is a bit too much...

Italian clothing brand Silvian Heach have some PVC leggings in their collection, too bad they aren't tight, they come way too loose.

Sadly no, it's a loose fit model. They would be much better off if they were tight.
