It's not a Pony based model. The good thing is that it does exactly what you are asking for. The bad thing is - It can't produce male organs or even bulges. Even with specific LoRAs!!!

For test purposes, I use the same seed and the simplest prompt possible, which allows me to get an unbroken image as close to my idea as possible.

So the idea is an androgynous boy in blue turtleneck leotard and pink pantyhose, standing in a forest.

The Colossus Project XL model can get quite close without any LoRAs, however, it's VERY sensitive to the prompts, even if they are not used in the picture.

If you remove "young boy" or bulge/erection, from the prompt, it becomes a woman
If you add any other detail: e.g. headphones, or a bit more masculinity, the pantyhose transform into pantyhose-like shorts.

But again, the model is very potent photo-like one even as it is. Though, some prompts are ignored.

And here's what happens, if you replace "young boy" with "young man":

Whatever I tried, I could not get a full body image.

Same parameters as above - the result is a bit more cartoonish, it's rather a girl with a bulge, but it's a full body portrait, and the boy/girls is wearing sneakers, bracelets, and a necklace.

The results are similar, though, the quality of this model is a bit higher, and both models clearly prefer the Euler scheduler.

The "standard" Juggernaut model pictures the boys even younger:

If "young boy" is replaced with "young man", the difference between two schedulers becomes very noticeable:

There are no changes between "young boy" and "young man" in Pony-models.

Obviously, Colossus Project XL and Juggernaut are very close related. This is what they produce if you add "skating" to the prompt:

Still, Colossus is a winner.

The big problem I have (and apparently many others too) is the fact the ai can't seem to properly generate characters holding/wielding objects in a coherent manner or generate proper "acessories" .

For example; I'd like my old African swimsuit ladies to properly hold their little circumcision razor blades/scissors. The ai just messes up any prompt.

pony, autismmix, and someone recommended https://civitai.com/models/307581/autismmix-25d-style to me, as an autismmix based variant that leans a bit more towards realistic drawing. colossus doesn't look like the kind of thing I'd be interested in.

I was recommended by someone (else) that DPM++ 2M SDE Heun Karras is the best sampler. he linked this but said it's wrong about SDE converging https://stable-diffusion-art.com/samplers/. I've personally had good results with Euler a, though, if you feel like something faster.

I don't know about colossus, but pony (and thus autismmix) was absolutely made specifically so you don't have to add all those 'quality' tags you have in that prompt list. I wouldn't put the score_X pony tags in negative, because they are -after all- that score and above. Just use the highest couple of scores in the positive prompt.
You've got a LOT of stuff in negative in that example. Do you usually get what you're excluding there enough to potentially clog up your prompt with all of that?

Good point. I started with a simple negative prompt, but was not getting what I wanted, so ended up with a huge one I grabbed from various examples. Will remove the quality tags and try again.
