Chopping down the prompt a bit, I got what I think you're looking for with

score_9, score_8_up, BREAK

and negative prompt

'text' and 'logo' are just me being paranoid. You can add 'covered navel' and 'covered nipples' to this if you don't want the outlines of those showing. If you continuously get a short sleeved leotard with forearm covers or something, add 'cammy white' (street fighter character) to negative as her costume is close enough to these tags to start to bleed in. 'turtleneck' and 'long sleeves' strongly implies a sweater, seemingly, so adding 'sweater' or perhaps also 'ribbed sweater' to negatives can help with that. I'm still getting 
My full negative prompt to test is

text, logo, source_furry, cammy white, ribs, covered navel, covered nipples, (sweater:1.2), swimsuit, jacket,

'swimsuit' because I was getting competition swimsuit-style color markings; and 'jacket' to hopefully stop getting non-skin tight style sleeves.
'ribs' is a personal opinion, using it creates a soft body style that other people put negative 'muscles' or 'abs' in; I just find this works better. Personal taste, obviously.
As is normal for SD, colors you didn't specify (hair and eyes) are heavily influenced by any other colors you mention, so if you want blonde hair you need to add that.
'femboy' in positive does the androgynous look, if a bit kiddy. Removing it always makes muscled dudes. I've seen people use 'teen' or 'older teen' to mitigate that. Image sizes can also affect body proportions, so maybe try portrait ratios.
I still don't know how colossus works, so you might need to remove the pony tags.

Following @napras-sword advice, I simplified the prompts and retested all models. And .... something began to work, and something stopped working 🤣

I tried various combinations of photography, photorealistic, real photo in the positive prompt, cartoon, source_cartoon in the negative prompt, but only the combination above started doing something reasonable.
Thopiught, without additional tweaks hands were "undeveloped". Added "scores" in the positive and negative prompts helped a little bit, but not much.

DPM++ 2M SDE Karras with added "score_9,score_8_up, score_8, score_7_up" (on the right)

       

For "DPM++ 2M SDE Karras" added "scores" did help.

Yeah, pony, and usually anything derived from it, contains no real life/photography samples. It is entirely booru/e621 images. It's simply not made to make photoreal looking people.
Models with no males are also moderately common. As one might surmise, there's a decent amount of the userbase who are only making images of women. This is probably usually mentioned in the description of the base model, if it isn't I'd consider it bad form.

Unless you're doing some very specific/complex kinky things, you can always take your output image and run a couple of img2img passes with a different checkpoint model and a denoising strength around .35-.45 (or higher, depending).

I found that duchaitenjourney (v5.6.7.2.3 in particular, the 6.x ones tend to give you more of a uncanny, 3D cartoony vibe) works very nicely if you want to go for photorealism. Others will do as well, but that one is my go-to at the moment.

True, but "drawn" characters can be 100% cartoonish or "kinda real-like". The latter is what I'm upto.
