In that case it looks like indeed they were there either illegally or open due to an error by the person who put them there.

The prices there indicate clearly that she did not intend to have them freely available in archive.org.

Tbh it was obviously an illegal deposit however what gets me is how aggressive it was, 2 quite famous creators got totally site ripped,
