That got my morning started right - thank you!

Here's something I didn't spot: last year the Fédération Internationale de Gymnastique changed the dress code for Rhythmic Gymnastics and competitors can now wear footless or stirrup tights under their leotard, a huge improvement on bare legs.  I took a look at their You-Tube channel (link below) and here are three Rio finalists who caught my eye.

Oh, I see now what you mean... At first I thought that you were talking about aerobics, and I could not understand what was actually changed. Pity, they can't use footed tights 😟

Footed tights should be required. IOC needs to push that rule through.

As an aside never buy 'Four rolls for a pound' electrical tape from Poundland. Completely useless, doesn't stick to anything, the same goes for their 'two rolls for a pound' brown parcel tape. Their cable ties, however, are excellent value 😊
