A short programme on the BBC about trainee stunt doubles. Apparently to pass your professional qualification you need to be able to perform stunts in heels.

I don't know how you count heel height, but what I see is that the top of the heel is 6+ inches from the floor and the top of the platform 2+ inches, making an effective heel height of 4 inches.

Yes, it works out to 4" lift.  These are my new favorites, easy to walk in and I love their look.
