a woman-centric culture is founded on the reality that just as there’s a disparity between the sexes, there’s a disparity within them as well. Cis women within the party will govern all, while the cis women on the outside will be of a somewhat secondary stature (at least until they finally join the FRP!) The tertiary rung will rightfully belong to trans women, and then males who are happy to express their femininity to the best of their (cis male) capacities: sissies, femboys, crossdressers, drag queens, etc. "Unrepentant" cis men (those refusing to abandon their harmful and outmoded masculinity) will quickly find themselves society's newest pariahs…unless they wise up quickly and begin climbing the ladder of femininity!

If you're a cis man who has yet to renounce his masculinity, make your guy friends steam with jealousy by being the first in your group to "move up a level" (😊) on the woman-centric social pyramid. There's no better way to get cis men to switch over to Team Woman than by setting a “model” example for them, and by displaying your newly-found freedom and happiness!

After their sweeping election victory it took time for the laws necessary to be enacted but New Year's Eve was the last night men would be allowed out dressed as men. They had the following day, a holiday for most, to be prepared and ready for the trip to work mandatory dressed "en femme" on the second. My work place had gone early with the change, the work uniform for men was now stricter than when it had been the dress code for the females. 

When the office reopens I will be off to work as follows (from the head down)

My own hair drawn back in a tight pony tail
Heavy eye shadow, long false eyelashes and scarlet lipstick
A long sleeved long black dress with a restrictive pencil fitting
That over a boned girdle with thick 120 denier tights (Waists must be a minimum of 3" less than when undressed).
Four inch heel, black ankle strap shoes visibly locked on.

I am enjoying this mandatory cross-dressing having always been in the closet but for many of my colleagues, especially the heavy beer drinkers with heavy beer guts, the crash course in slimming to meet the waist reduction policy has been hellish.

I know it will be hot in this get up but it is what the FRP have been forced to introduce after the centuries of male domination.

That had been January and nothing much changed for a few months. The heavy density tights were physically hot to wear but I found them comfortable. Several of my colleagues complained, generally whinged and cheated. This had been going on across the country and a new codicil was added to the existing laws by the FRP, effective immediately.

It took male submission to a new level, and was subject to random stop and search checks. The new dress code had three levels, a summer version, a winter version and a Christmas/New Year edict.

All the versions now required a four inch corset reduction and whatever your working week it had to be locked on for the first shift and remain locked until the end of the shift cycle. Mine meant five days straight, the poor souls on fourteen day contracts had to endure the extra time. An identity card with your shift details entered had to be carried so that the QR codes could be checked against a central database. The unemployed were released, showered, and immediately locked again every fourteen days.

The summer wear mandated all body hair to be shaved from the neck down and thin glossy tights worn when out of your dwelling. The heel height increased to five inches and if you job required safety shoes then they became wedged boots.

The winter (Non Christmas) designs required the nylons to be replaced by similar denier open crotch body suits, under the locked corsets. If you needed a shower you had to do it fully dressed.

The Christmas/New Year uniform was the most hellish, the same underwear as before but under latex burkas. A hot sticky prison to be endured throughout. No respite, men just had to suffer and sleep how they could.

As time progressed the whole cycle of life changed, the unrestricted women taking over most jobs the men retreating into domestic duties and simply enduring the fortnight clothing cycle.
