Updating us with new sessions fast! Thanks, I love to see selfbondage videos and try to learn new techniques or tricks, it's still an art that's hard to learn with not too many resources out there.

Was the hands above your head pose comfortable? I feel that when I do that for any extended period of time it starts to ache in my shoulders/upper arms.

Looks like you're definitely an experienced selfbondage practitioner 😉 I do think you need to add more lights to get better video, you can always darken it in post if you like the aesthetic but you'll have more control and less noise. I also think you need to add some colour, doesn't have to be pink 😁

Baby steps...
Start with a bit of red or blue, then gently add a bit more, eventually end up with neon pink lighting up under a blacklight jumping of the screen colour fest.

I wasn't bound like that for hours, probably no longer than 20minutes (from the un-edited video time-stamps) - but I found it comfortable and didn't experience any problems. However, I specifically used leather cuffs, which spreads the pressure on my wrists, I suspect rope or metal handcuffs may be more challenging.

This video was from back in my 'dark ages'    I've since made improvements to my lighting, which hopefully shine through in new videos! 

I'm not sure what you mean about 'noise' - do you mean the sounds of my bondage or something more technical?

Ahhh, again, back in those days I was very much a 'black 'n' tan man' - since then I have branched out, with white, red, blue and other colours.... but no PINK!
