Hi, I'm trying to make bondage sandals I can lock with padlocks but for that purpose I need to buy lockable buckles like this on the picture. Required size is about 5/8". Do you have any idea where can I order it? Google isn't very helpfull, I was manage to find bigger ones for waist belts only.

If you don't like them, the other trick is to enlarge the hole past the buckle and put a padlock in the hole so you can't pull the strap back through the buckle.
