Ideas for a full-size headboard to convert for bondage?

I would make a 2-piece wood board with 5 holes (or more) the appropriate size for neck hands and feet and then fill those holes with decorative wood discs with engravings or bas-relief to hide their actual purpose.

It would be more difficult to hide the locking mechanism, but maybe you can use the ordinary mouning bolts and deny yourself access to the wrench/screwdriver for the duration of bondage.
