Yesterday, I bent over to grab a part that fell on the floor.
I heard a pop and now, I can't sit up without pain.
I just threw out my back. So, this is my question:
Does anyone in our group know to do selfbondage for people that are disabled?
I ask this because it may be that I may be commited to a wheelchair in about 20 years, or sooner.
