A bit of baby powder or a touch of lube aids in putting latex on. Not too much powder or it gets everywhere or if has closed feet or if for gloves will "pile up". Not too much lube for stuff like latex stockings or gloves, or they slip down. I usually put a dab on the areas I know will be tight going on, and smooth it over the skin (preferably the silicone lube, the water based tend to "gum up" after a while...)
