This kind of men's skirt are available since long time ago. And this is the only type of men's skirts that is considered somehow acceptable for men (unless we all finally agree, that kilt is also a skirt!). Yes, goth, metal, punk, emo style, but still.

People probably insist, that it is not a skirt, because kilts are worn by men, and men don't wear skirts...
Yes it's very difficult to find pictures of men wearing skirts, more so a hobble skirt. I could find just one... one! unbelievable.
