hmmm, a bit hard to answer such a general question.
Try to sleep in self-bondage (not too tight, not too arousing). Take your dinner in a tray on the floor, best with your arms tied behind your back. Wear some (harmless) pet-accessories for sleeping and try not to touch yourself. Ask your master for tasks.
