"sissy boy, androgynous, ambiguos gender, penis, chastity cage, caged penis" in a prompt seems to work, at least with the PonyXL checkpoint I'm currently experimenting with.

Also, putting "tits, busty, breasts" in the negative prompt helps.

Still, better only check it out form the comfort of your own home 😁 )

Don't be fooled by the preview images, it can do other things than Ponies.

Pair it/experiment with the Vixion style LoRAs (https://civitai.com/models/352581?modelVersionId=399443) and you get a wide range from cartoon to photorealistic. I like "Detailed Painting" and "Gothic Neon", but some of the others are also neat)

I'm still using InvokeAI, (https://github.com/invoke-ai/InvokeAI), it's come a long way, it's fairly easy to install, has good documentation and tutorials on their own YT channel.

If you use the PonyXL checkpoint I linked, check out this creator on civitai, he has a ton of bondage-related LoRas - poses and bondage equipment - that are specifically tuned for PonyXL and they work quite well. He suggests using img2img, but txt2img also gets good results and is more fun.
