Most likely they are the same. In the Ali case, it might be aeady in the price. Or the eBay shipping is free. I noticed, that eBay sellers usually offload a part of the price to the shipping costs to pay less fee to eBay. Hence, the total prices are pretty much the same.

Also, it depends on the sellers - how accurate and punctual they are.

Delivery is such a fraught process for me!

For hopefully obvious reasons I don't want my kinky deliveries to be handed over to my girlfriend, especially the ones with labels on them stating things like 'Stockings' or 'Lingerie' or worse! (which has happened   ), so if I can't arrange a 'click and collect' or the seller doesn't offer that option, I'm trying to schedule orders to arrive when I know I'll A) be home to intercept the delivery before my GF or, preferably, B) be home alone!!!

I've been caught out before with promises of eBay delivery on specific dates for it to suddenly be 'delayed' and arrive weeks later, or, on one memorable occasion, arrive days earlier than stated! Great service but nearly gave me a heart attack when I realised what the delivery driver had just handed to my GF (fortunately, she didn't read the sender's name which was a dead giveaway and didn't ask any awkward questions.... at least I think she didn't read the name.....)

AliExpress is 100x worse than eBay (or other UK based sellers) as delivery is completely random, and to be honest I'm put off by that more than it taking 4, 5, 6 or more weeks.

Here the Czech Post actually makes it very easy by having stopped attempting to deliver and even leave "addressee not present" notices in the mailboxes and relying on you keeping track of the (famously reliable) tracking numbers. Would be nice to at least get an email or text message when both is on the package, though.


I'm lucky enough to be able to shrug off question about unexpected packages as just "Fetish stuff" even if it's mostly for stuff my partner's not into.

Are you sure she would act negatively, if you were to tell her that you have some fetishes that are for you alone? My wife knows (although I was very nervous when I told here), and considers that my business, although I know there are some things she does not like very much, so I keep that as much as possible away from her.
I know that telling is like a coin that can fall either way, but the way I saw it, is that eventually my wife would find my things, and if that would be in my absence, I would have a real problem. Hence I decided to tell her, but I prepared it very carefully by giving little clues over a period. Of course I can tell it only from my situation. Yours may be completely different.

No need to apologise and you are correct, she is far from stupid! 

I think she knows or suspects more than she lets on, but we've found a happy place in our relationship (not quite the 'don't ask, don't tell' approach) and I'm not going to jeopardise that!

I ordered on Apr 28.
I received on May 04.
= 6 days.
