Yes, the sand paper is in case you ding a rough spot on your clip.
Not everyone sands down their fingernails.

Interesting, "fufu clip" search string is on the 3d place of the most search clicks from Google.
Since we are here... Are there any more new useful FuFu Clip tutorials around?

Whatever I tried, I could not get the fufu clip "installed". I wonder if it's suitable for "showers" only.

These things are pretty cool and do work and visually are very nice so worth going to the effort to fit. Now, with elerections as everything is internal things push out a lot under the clip. I haven't yet but having a waist strap to keep things pulled in nicely would likely be helpful.
