Dangerous self-bondage positions

In this thread I would like to collect various possible self-bondage positions that can be too dangerous. For example, if you lose your balance. Yes, we all know that self-bondage is not a very safe activity, but like in skiing there are "categories" and various routes.

o- picture (does not matter if it's a photo or drawing, or if it was aeady posted)

The ropes are good, but they make tourniquets. So you have to be careful with the ropes.

The topic was created after several dangerous bondage scenarios were posted here. I think there were copied from BoundAnna, which was (I'm not sure about the current state) famous for stupid, unreal or simply dangerous ideas. And when I mentioned the possible outcomes and why, the reaction was:"Oh, I did not think about that...". Hence the thread.

I'm confused about this thread... started in 2015 with a single post from @Like Ra then nothing until today where it gets 5 new posts apparently out of the blue??

I assume its been cleared to remove temptation from people who go... yea I could do that??

The person at least must recognize the "threats", so it's a concious decision, and the person is prepared. Also, there are risks and there are risks. Simply getting out of home is risky. Sport is extremely risky, yet it's considered "healthy" by some people... However, some risks can be avoided, some mitigated.
