Have you ever tried negative cages? If yes, you might have noticed how difficult it is to pee without peeing all over your legs and private parts.
This design might solve this issue at the cost of protruding metal parts.

I've seen them. I think, the funnel is not deep enough to be inescapable.
And I wonder if it's too visible under the clothes.
BTW, there is also a plastic version.
