Ah, what a disappointment.... I "assumed" (what a damned word....), that it's a funnel. It's not! I have this cage now, and "this thing" is a solid (not a funnel with thin walls and, say, 15-20 mm diameter hollow space inside) piece of plastic with a narrow hole in it. Will post a photo later. Some might find it interesting, but it's not what I had in mind 😕

Not a funnel, but these might get you closer to what you are looking for. The slit/hole at least looks useable and not too narrow (I'm sure they can also be found on Aliexpress & Co.). There is a (non circumcised) member on FR who uses such an insert with a HT Nub and is happy with it (the breathing/cleaning issues remain though). I suspect this particular model with those cages offered will only stay secure with a belt added without ball slippage:

The hole diameter on these is probably way too small really, but they have been showing up on some "normal" cages recently:

The cage top part in the second link looks too small & ball-gap thus to large, but it might fit on a normal larger faced flat metal cage. 
I have one similar to the first link, but I need to get some nylon washers before I can wear it... the cup is threaded and the threaded bolt sticks out too far inside of the cup. Ouch! I have a metal flat cage, when I get around to picking up some nylon washers, I'll give it a try.

For innie cages, I find this type (with the thicker *bars* as here - *not* the thinner "basket weave" as some of the other models in the below link, those pinch my glans badly) the most comfy and can be kept a bit cleaner/dryer than other types of innies... Yupp, I chose a random link on amazon (which I tend to use). The prices go up & down so a seller search every time is needed. CN shipments to DE are very unfortunately not cheaper which is why I use local stock (Dispatches from) at amazon. Have to travel over 1 hour to get to & from the customs office without the waiting time there and then get hit with taxes, duties and processing & travel fees. The combined fees are often much higher than the item price. Since they clamped down hard after Brexit, I have mostly stopped ordering anything directly from & stocked outside of the EU. Many other EU countries are much more sensible/humane & using a PACRIM source is then viable.

Yes, is an issue to a degree with the "basket weave" model, though it only allows the very tip of the (resp. my) glans to push through & then pinches unpleasantly if engorged (but is removable again & not "geflest" 😉 unlike a bottle, you can gently push the tip back through from the front when the cage is detached... the really unpleasant pinching normally takes care of lowering the blood pressure from behind to make room).

I have not experienced that issue with the "bar" model with the thicker bars, my glans tip stays behind the smaller inner ring. YMMV.

Bar (left, a bit road worn sorry, was in a bag with metal cages) vs. Basket Weave (right). The bar model has a slightly wider cup, less guidance or "funnelled" & more air space for resistance/expansion between the bars behind the inner ring and more inner ring surface to put pressure on the glans, which is probably what causes the difference for me 🤷🏻‍♀️

They are a bit lower profile ofc than any cage larger than a flat cage & unlike flats & other deeper inverted cages without a catheter, they let you clean/dry up well with TP after a pee. I still haven't & wouldn't wear one for longer than 24 hours without removal for cleaning, but that's just me. I prefer small "outie" cages.

So whilst on the chastity topic, do any of you have good ideas for what to do with the emergency key?

Read a few suggestions, but nothing jumped out at me. Willpower is not the issue so much as that I get hung up with knowing I have an easy out. I'm the same with bondage, and although I CAN and often will play along, I prefer knowing I really am trapped.

However I understand the importance of it being for an actual emergency... Any good ways to deter using the key unless it's needed?
