I found this video recently, where a girl uses a neck-to-hands metal cangue device and locks herself into it:

As you can see from the video, using the right technique, she can push the locking pin from the bottom to the top, effectively giving her access to the pin padlock hole and securing the device with a padlock from the top. I find this technique quite intriguing and was wondering if this could be used realistically done for SB.
For example, lock the device as in the video. Put the key for the padlock under a timer-lock box (a box what opens up only after a timer is reached). Put another key as a backup in, say, a glass full of paint (so if you pull out that key, you'll make a mess in your room, definitively to be used only as an emergency release mechanism).
I'm curious about what the community here would think about this technique? Now, trying to get the key into the lock might be a challenge, as your hands don't have a lot of flexibility to hold the padlock in place for you to push the key in, but it seems doable to me.
