Transparent latex zentai - nice! Strappado with touching elbows plus a ring gag assumes controlled positioning on something that fits the ring gag - nice! The whole "construction" is very unstable - nice, scary and dangerous.

The only flaw is the lack of pantyhose / latex, but he more than makes up for it in other pieces like this (from 2012).
