I wonder what the isolation of floating in water is like?

I guess it should be like very relaxing, meditation-like. The best sensory deprivation method (the water is salty, I hope ). Something I'd like to experience.

When my Hydroglove drysuit was still intact (sadly, it is no more), I would put it on with an open faced hood and gas mask and float in our pool.  It was quite relaxing, day or night.

There is a floatations tanking centre near me.... want to try it as it's something I've always been interested in..... but it's expensive!
