Best way to listen in your sleep/sleep loops?

What's the best way to listen to files meant to be looped while sleeping?

Every solution I can think of fails in some way:

• Earbuds work fine for music and calls when I'm awake but they require adjustment to keep them from falling out
  
• I get tangled in wires as I toss and turn in my sleep, so any kind of wired solution is Right Out
  
• Bluetooth headphones are bulky and I'm a "side sleeper"
  
• A bluetooth speaker on the nightstand seems like the best idea but any subliminal content might get lost
  

Any better ideas?

I use Bluetooth earbuds. Usually they stay in-place all night, though from time to time one bud might fell off. Putting a stocking on your head should solve it (add a gag underneath, if you listen to the recent Bambi series 😉)

i like the stocking over the head to keep the phones in, also, hot

It can be pantyhose with the second leg hanging behind (for your arms behind your back) - aka pantyhose single-glove 😋

For going to sleep listening to hypno is it good to have ear buds with volume low or the big standard headphones on you, I tried both not enough for me

I use advant slumber 2 pillow speaker can put it in your pillow case under your pillow and play a file while u sleep in any position

There are some that are sleeping types of headphones but it a bit tricky to find a pair that are comfortable i have one it not bad though I wish da battery life was better to last my entire sleep schedules but they still last pretty long even with using da best settings for maximum battery life
