Is the Armed and Unarmed versions the same a Subliminal and Non-subliminal versions? Or there's Unarmed Subliminal/Non-Subliminal and Armed Subliminal/Non-Subliminal?

Yes armed in this contest is referring to subliminal messages that are not easy to hear beneath the "fake" whisper track. I say fake in that it's often referred to as the subliminal messages regardless of how easy or hard they are to hear.

The Armed version is not out yet, only available to a test group.... on Discord? Patreon?

Not out, chapters in various stages of completion and a few of the new songs are on the discord. There is no test group anymore.

Is the Discord server available for everyone? Only Patreons?

Yes, discord access is available through Patreon, or through direct invite.

Any recommended or required files before listening?

Oh yes, lots of "recommended files", wouldn't say required, you might want to work on Orgasm Trap or something to give you a "release" in the service of training that isn't 2 hours long. Personally I use Bimbo Pleasure, as using orgasm trap sort of feels like masturbating to me.

Just wanted to say that Receptibility Subliminal triggered a relapse in me~
