RE: Cosplay - Fetish or Fun? - Culmor - 29 May 2021 I was once asked why I don't cosplay Marvel characters. I just started to watch 'Age of Ultron' and struggled to make it as far as the titles. Only 'Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull' (a franchise I previously loved) has made me turn off sooner. 'Nuff said. RE: Cosplay - Fetish or Fun? - Culmor - 29 May 2021 Yup, the aftermath of Big Boy was a shower of fridges. Mind you, the magnetic Ark was little better. Quote:Nothing from the MCU or from Marvel in general? Marvel in general. I vote for Daphne ... RE: Cosplay - Fetish or Fun? - Culmor - 03 Jun 2021 But spexy Velma has the brains and I'm sapiosexual 😉 Inspired by Kevin S Walsh. I've broken the zip on my Daphne dress, damn that lockdown weight gain! Both should be fixable though. What makes finding someone with both brain and similar fetishes extremely difficult 😂 RE: Cosplay - Fetish or Fun? - essanym - 05 Jun 2021 (04 Jun 2021, 20:48 )RedEmeraldKitsune Wrote: So sad 😥. Same thing happened to my favorite pencil skirt, but I'm too scared of replacing the zipper because I have zero sewing skills. Sorry to hear that. You don't need a machine to sew, just do it by hand. It's really not that hard. The first zipper I ever sewed was a full length double zipper for a baltogs hooded unitard. I had zero experience and it's still well attached. I can try to help guide you if you want to attempt it. This is a common method to repair such an issue. Let me know if you don't understand what I mean and I will find or make a picture of what I mean. RE: Cosplay - Fetish or Fun? - Culmor - 05 Jun 2021 You can get a baggie of replacement zip sliders (they clip on) from Ebay Aliexpress for a few pence . Sew over the damaged section and snap one on above it, job's a good 'un. With rubber you can cut the fabric of the zip back to the latex and glue a new one in. Not as pretty but it works. |
