I'm more upset at the photochopped scarf! Regarding the stockings, I don't think Daphne wore transparent latex gloves either but I can live with them 😉
I mean, this isn't screen accurate in any way but I think the character will be recognizable...

Hats off to the guy for simply getting out there and doing it.
Related tale - I once worked with a very lovely girl who loved to dress up like this and go to events (with her husband I should add 😟 ).
Never did get to see her in 'uniform' though...
