The Session:

The preparation for this session took several weeks and involved scouting location, checking views all angles, checking for trail cameras(!), leaving markers to indicate if anyone else was visiting, etc, etc.
I'd also rehearsed the clothing I would wear, hidden under 'normal' hiking gear and walked the route many times to gauge the likelihood of meeting people.
On the day I was nervous as hell and when my 4k camera failed (I checked all my kit before setting out) I nearly quit, but I didn't and I glad I went ahead, using my spare camera instead.
The early morning walk to my spot was a little over 2k, but I was constantly aware of my tights and leotard under my light trousers and long-sleeved top. Even more distracting was my caged cock and the anal beads!
All went safely, with very few encounters enroute, and with after carefully checking for any observers, I left the trial and headed into the trees.
I'm not going to show you the video with me taking off my normal clothing to reveal what was underneath nor setting up the groundsheet and camera, not even the initial binding of my legs, I shall pick-up just after I pulled the stocking down over my head...
What went well?
Everything - oh boy was that a rush! Considering the state my nerves were in walking there and getting set-up, as soon as that gag went into my mouth it all felt 'right'
The camera angle - without my 4k camera, I couldn't see what the scene would look like, but it came out much better than I'd feared. This also explains why I was messing around with my smart phone so much, trying to make sure I got some images, should the video camera fail in some way.
The second, tighter hogtie - just for a moment I wanted that tie to be a timed release one, leaving me properly helpless until some mechanism freed me.

What could be improved?
Fix or replace the camera - the 4k video camera (mid-priced 'sports' style) had proved ultra-reliable, right up until it wasn't. I'd eft it on charge, but when I went to pick it up it was beeping madly and the LCD screen powering up/down/up/down. Nothing I could do would fire it up. Tried again when I got back, spent the day with my digital meter out trying to fault find, but all looked ok. It was the same this morning, until it suddenly flickered into life, flashed a message I couldn't read on the screen and.... Worked! Trouble is, I don't trust it now.
Less insects - thought not as bad as it can be, there were a lot of small insects bothering me and I did get bitten a few times, more insect repellent required!
Maybe I will show you the reveal next time - now I'm more confident (not over-confident though, at least I hope so!), I might risk the fumbling that comes with a masked face, so that you can see more of my setting up.
How do I top this? - I've got to figure out my next session, plan and re-plan, not get carried away, be sensible and then do it. Open to realistic suggestions (note: I can't/won't do a 'bound walk' back to a hidden key, the terrain is too rough for that and I'm not brave enough either!).
Cooler weather - it was getting warm and very humid in that glade, a few degrees cooler would have been much better. I need to pick my time - it's way too warm right now, I'd overheat with two layers of clothing on. And, before you suggest it, I'm not stripping naked and then dressing in my tights, etc - the insects would eat me alive!
