I just found this and it made my imagination run wild. Together with urethral/condom catheter, does this mean bondage can last for days, even weeks?

When used in the hospital setting, The patient is given a medication to keep the stool liquid. That allows it to flow thru the small 1/2 - 3/4 inch catheter. And the smell is quite offensive.
