In my opinion, they're all pretty good and can be powerful, but they have different strengths. Which one is most effective for me at any given time probably depends on what I'm in the mood for.
Bambi's main strength comes from being the most cohesive and focused of the three. All of the files serve the same purpose, building a new identity from scratch and fleshing that identity out, and making sure the old identity doesn't slip back in while Bambi is active. I find the suggestions and triggers are designed very well, reinforcing each other in a way that's almost beautiful, like an intricate spiderweb keeping the listener effectively trapped as Bambi.
The older files' sound design is decent, but nothing exceptional. The sound design is much better in the newer files, honestly some of the best out of all the hypnosis files I've listened to.
One of the things I personally like about Bambi files, at least the official ones, is that they usually just mention "cock", not the person that cock is attached to. I'm into feminization, and I like sucking cock, but I'm not attracted to masculinity. Files that talk excessively about sucking off and being attracted to "real masculine men" tend to be hard for me to stay in trance - Goddess Gracie is the biggest name that comes to mind here, but honestly the majority of feminization/sissy hypnosis content is like this.
For the most part, the files also keep the suggestions limited to the time you're "in uniform" - dressed like a slut. This kills two birds with one stone - improves immersion during Bambi time, and provides an excellent demarcation to prevent the suggestions from impacting your life when you're not being Bambi. For me, this is what led to these files being the ones that finally got me to start dressing up for real while listening, instead of just imagining it. Some files do violate this rule though, and have suggestions that apply when you're not in uniform, though this is mostly just a few more advanced files and unofficial files.
Kei's files are a lot more hit or miss for me. Some of them I love and have listened to over and over again. Others I've tried because the description sounded interesting, but I just couldn't get through it.
They're much less cohesive than Bambi files, in terms of both individual files and collectively. For me personally, this leads to a lot of files that have suggestions I really like, but also suggestions I don't like. I think just about all of Kei's files also have suggestions that apply during your normal daily life, wanting to wear makeup every day, walking and sitting like a girl, being attracted to men and wanting to suck the cock of every guy you see, etc. If you just want a fantasy where you imagine yourself as a cocksucking slut for a bit, then go back to normal life when you take the headphones off, Kei's files probably aren't the best for you.
Kei experiments a lot with the sound design, different effects, filters, etc. Sometimes these experiments produce great results where the whole audio experience just sucks me right in. Just as often it results in a mess of a file that's so painful to listen to that I can't get into trance and give up a few minutes into the file.
I do like the way Kei frequently references the spot "between your eyes and above the bridge of your nose" - the location of the third eye, where most people imagine the "screen" of their mental imagery to be. A lot of Kei files will tell you to imagine that spot is like a pussy that opens up and gets fucked by a cock. That's pretty powerful for me, having my entire mental imagery space taken up by cock, leaving no room left to imagine anything else.
And finally SB's files - I think their main strength is the author's masterful understanding of hypnosis. They're all (at least the ones I've listened to) very technically sound, I get the sense SB has read a textbook or three on hypnosis. That can lead to the files being kind of formulaic though - "In the beginner's mind there are many possibilities, but in the expert's there are few"
I've been working for a long time on improving my ability to enter hypnosis, and pretty often I've gotten good tips from SB files. Since your subconscious mind is the driver in hypnosis, you can't really "force" it, but depending on what's going on in your mind consciously or semi-consciously, you can make it easier or harder for the subconscious to take over. Quite a few times during SB inductions I've heard a suggestion like "Sometimes people might do [x], but you can do [y] instead", and as soon as I processed it, I got the sense of "Oh wow, that's exactly what I was doing wrong", and I was instantly much closer to the perfect state to easily enter hypnosis.
The sound design is a just a bit below average in my opinion, but not so bad that it prevents me from being hypnotized like some of Kei's files. The content, fantasy scenarios, etc. are usually good, but rarely amazing. Many of them do have subliminal feminizing suggestions that aren't listed in the file description.
