Not sure how you are supposed to breath in this inflatable ball hood (I saw other designs, where you can breath via tube going to the top of the head).

I would love to try this "dress" on. It's got a built-in hood and multiple D-rings, it's inflatable, what make it theoretically possible to use it for self-bondage:
