I do not remember who was looking for lockable leather cuffs. Just stumbled upon this shop. I can't comment on the actual quality, but the photos and descriptions look very good. They use genuine leather and silicone (instead or rubber):

Latex fist gloves can be used in/for selfbondage. It's difficult to put them on (and then use wrist loops/cinch nooses) but once on and bound, it will be much more difficult to "escape".

I have played with tight fisting gloves. I used a simple wrist loop (no cinch noose) - if you forget the direction you twisted the loop - there is no way you cab get out without a knife, and using a knife with such gloves is very tricky.
Or you can use them with panytyhose (or bike shorts) singl- glove.
