How is the breathing hole made? Is it a mouth tube, a gag with a breathing tube, or a nose hole?

It has been a long time since I played around with vacuum bag self-bondage, but your post as got me thinking about once again.

I totally understand your comment about having not much to do once the vacuum has you trapped. I had the same problem(?) in that once the vacuum had sealed me in place, that was pretty much it as far as any movement. The feeling in amazing, but there isn't (shouldn't?) be any chance to struggle and wriggle around, such as you can in most other self-bondage scenarios.

I found that multiple short sessions worked best, with a change of position between each.

Did you use a timer to activate the vacuum? That was my go-to choice, and it has to be digital (in my opinion) not the old analogue 'clock' type  😁 .

I'd set the timer so I had 10 minutes to get myself in and ready before the vacuum would start, then a 5 minute 'on' time.

I'd follow this with repeated short on/off cycles (as many as the timer would handle - 10 with my current model) that would give me 5 mins to either escape or shift position, then another 5 'on' to hold me trapped, then the same off/on cycle until I either got out or else the timer slots were all used up.
