my most recent session - PetraJane - 24 Apr 2025
As I accelerate towards my 70th birthday, I still enjoy dressing and the occasional SB session.
My routine is to get my black tights, white panties, matching bra with breast forms, satin blouse (black or red) and a skater skirt (usually). Some times I will add a pair of heels and a butt plug, harness with a magic wand on a smart plug, gag, blindfold, hood, panel gag and fasten my ankles to a spreader bar. Adding a belt with a pair of steel cuffs to secure my wrists, fastened as tightly as possible around my waist, and using a ratchet strap from the panel gag under the bed to the spreader bar. This removes as much movement as possible.
I have a pair of headphones and Sophie Ellis-Bextor's Kitchen Disco (UK, BBC Radio 2) to make me as close to deaf, dumb, and blind as I can. Until Sophie ends, I am stuck there with the Magic Wand pulsating away throughout, with brief pauses to allow me to catch my breath.
A wonderful feeling of helplessness until Sophie finishes and allows me to free myself.
I did try to grab a photo during the session, but my camera wouldn’t focus so I’ll just have to try again!

Thank you @PetraJane for providing me with the encouragement and inspiration to ignore the label of age and just enjoy life!
Love the sound (ha!) of your set-up and the use of Sophie render you deaf and dumb (there's a joke in there 😋 )
I do wonder how Sophie's singing coming to an end triggers your freedom (though that might be release enough, to anyone who doesn't appreciate her voice or singing style).

Here we go, no heels this time, but ankles fastened to a spreader bar, magic wand in a harness pulled up tight against the metal butt plug under my tight control panties, wrists cuffed above my head to the ratchet strap and enjoying the isolation.

Just a note to say that whilst I enjoy the above, I'm just as happy when dressed up and having breakfast, prepping lunch, baking, even doing the housework, watching telly on an evening or sleeping in bra, panties, satin nightie.

Finally had the chance to set things up for a decent session.
The build-up, hot water on for a good hot shower afterwards, then black tights, a firm gaff, black firm panties and a lacy dark blue bra and D cup breast forms with nice nipples! A large butt plug in place, a blue leotard and blue gloves complete my outfit.
A magic wand is fastened to the belt, which is then strapped tight around my waist and pulled into place so when turned on, it is vibrating around the butt plug throughout the session.
Tape gag, blindfold, hood and neck brace/collar and a pair of headphones connected to a music podcast and an alarm is set for about an hour, so the water is nice and hot when I'm sweaty.
Ankles tied, knees strapped, and I'm laid down, and i place my wrists into a set of plastic restrains, with a twist to remove any play, then into steel cuffs fastened to the belt and a second pair of plastic restraints. The magic wand starts up, and that's me away for an hour or more.

May I ask for more information about your technique and how your release worked?
I'm most interested in what you've called 'plastic cuffs' - how you set them up and how you twisted them to make things tight?
Also, the escape from these cuffs - was there any kind of enforced delay (or was it pure will power by you) and how did you undo the cuffs?

The plastic cuffs are technically Tree Ties from a garden supplies firm.
I feed the strap through the fastening (?), then check I can fit my wrist through, then match a second loop and feed it back through the fastener, creating two loops. Then, before feeding the strap through again the other way, I use a zip tie to secure the loops in place. Hopefully, the photo explains this better.
As for the cuffs, they are fixed in size, and I can just squeeze my wrists through, especially when wearing the satin gloves, then a second set of plastic cuffs. As for releasing my wrists after the session, I ease the three sets of cuffs off one at a time, once the time limit is up. It’s just a matter of willpower, really! 🤔
