I am actually looking for a way to lose weight by force, a kind of program to have a stick behind the door.
If you do not lose weight, it is punishment
doing exercises in pvc sweat suit or in a certain way
Does anyone know a site or program?

Off the top of my head, I would say a corset. The corset could be made from your favorite fetish material (you mentioned PVC). As "punishment", you would be locked in that corset for a set amount of time (no way to get at the laces without the key(s)). Of course, this is just a guess at what you might want.

Never heard of that before.
But, being locked into a treadmill or exercise machine, forcing you to work out may be an option.
James Bond in Thunder Ball has a machine that he was locked into.

Try locking on a hood with no mouth opening!
Lock it when you get home from work, set the timer to next morning just before going to work again. You can eat at work.

Or you could always catch Covid, I lost 4kg in the first four days!
Don't actually recommend this as a weight loss method though, the side effects were dreadful!
