I have the medium harness ballgag from Restricted Senses. it was a bit exxy, but its very comfortable. I probably would find more comfort with a small ball for longer term wear as my jaw does get sore after a while (maybe remove wisdom teeth can help that). https://restrictedsenses.com/products/leather-bondage-harness-ball-gag

I have that. The ball is hard and the top strap falls sideways.
I'm looking for a soft/elastic/compressible ball, but the one posted by @Penguin is muuuch too expensive.

Yeah was a bit expensive I agree, but comfy.
Nose hooks never really appealed to me personally, but I do understand why others like them
