My first time posting here, sorry if the category is wrong.
I really would want to construct my own self-ballbusting device but I've run out of ideas on how to do it easily and preferably cheap.
Something like a semi-hard paddle rotating over and over or backwards and forwards, or something fist/ball-like thumping backwards and forwards.
Doesn't have to be electrical, mechanical contraptions could also do in a pinch.
Any ideas?

I was once called out for kink-shaming and since then, I've been extremely conscientious about what I say and how I say it. Something I definitely don't want to convey to other people is that I think the kink they are into is gross, stupid, funny or beneath me in any way. If I had been laughed at for all the weird things I've put out into the universe, I probably would have self-harmed in the worst way by now. Fortunately, I've managed to find several communities where I can build silly things I like and people think it's cool, or at least, don't give me shit about it. A ball-busting device is not what I'm into, but I fully support anyone's endeavor to build the best ball busting device they can dream up and will gladly lend whatever support I can towards that end.
Sorry for the rant but I really felt like it needed to be said.

Ok, let’s what we can come up with. After all, I am a Tinker.
A pulley, long stretching spring, some rope and for a paddle, a wooden paint stirrer.
I’m thinking…. If we connect the paint stick to a pulley and connect the spring around the pulley back to a connection point, the all you will need is something to pull the stick and let it fly.
If you’re bound to a chair, and see the stick cocking back….
