there is pvc-u-like.com specialised in PVC rainwear, clothes and also fetish items.
But it also depends on where you are. I would need a very good incentive to buy from USA, because delivery to Europe takes ages.
ebay is a good place too, look for used stuff at reasonable prices.
Many manufacturers sell through a worldwide bookshop and also through other affiliates. You can check their websites and then look for the best seller.
