Is there any hypno out there that you can listen to while watching a slideshow of what your ideal body is. Like fitness inspiration, being more like a woman, whatever you see, you will bend towards being more like them. Thinking this could be paired with a video slideshow or gooninator/flipflip type of a thing.

Nikki Fatale has a file called "Experience This Now" that is intended to make you inhabit a character you chose in a movie or video you are watching. You feel, hear, see what they do. Not exactly what you asked for but it's similar.
