Yup, “bimbo secrets” can mean anything these days. A guy can imagine a pop song named that as well.
But “pig brainwashing” rather sounds like very specific things. In this case I would summarize the core concept as “you’re an insane filthy whore now and there’s no going back you pig” or something along those lines.
Basically filthy talk and brainwashing fear-play fetishism, but taken to extremes. With various background effects and word-traps.
The vids... Those are a different story. Sometimes visuals can disrupt the audio, sometimes they can sort of amplify it, sometimes they simply provide a different experience. Some of these mashups here are quite extreme, and can probably produce a gut reaction that enhances the audio's hooks (in viewers with little experience with filthy stuff).

I would classify the Pig Girl files as a sort of cousin of Queue Balls, but my experience with the whole field is very limited.
Keeping this in mind, IMO it's a very potent “guided fantasy gooning” brainwashing program as opposed to “relax into trance” hypno program. With any trance-type brain functioning creeping up as the minutes and hours go by.
But for some people it may work in a completely different way. Some people may get pulled in immediately who knows. Plus, over time the effect might change. Maybe the masturbation frenzy is just an early stage.
I'm also no old timer in this, so not enough experience to say what's what. People who've experimented for a long time with many files should say what they think. I myself do not feel robust enough to do the Pig Girl challenge for real.

The introductory Bimbo file is rather the generic “relax it’s OK to do slutty stuff”, slowly building toward the listener being open to listening to the Pig Girl files.
The voices are always TS robotic ones, but for me that’s preferable, as I am super sensitive to accents and intonations, and the moment I hear someone say “I am your mistress” or “you are a sex toy” with a thick Brit or US accent, or a faux coquettish intonation, my reaction is “pff, let’s see what on the TV instead”. Whereas the “empty” and “otherworldly” robotic intonation does not trigger that.
The actual Pig Girl stuff is about the listener gradually turning into an insatiable sex pig used by strangers, with a culmination of becoming a gibbering brainless toilet whore. The ‘daytime file’ and ‘nighttime file” have the same narration (or it sounds similar enough), but with a difference in background sounds. The first is somehow more energetic, while the other more relaxed in a way.
The Anal Pig stuff is focused on being obsessed with anal games, and constantly pushing limits. “Anal Pig Toilet Pig” is a combination of the Pig Girl stuff and the Anal Pig stuff.
And the Swallow Abyss file uses primitive childish talk, perhaps going for layers which in other files are used for diaper-related fetishism, but in this file for swallowing-related fetishism.
I guess there’s a difference of impact if you listen to (or watch in video format) the files separately one from another, and from time to time, or one after another in one big chunk, and frequently.
Also in some files it’s mainly one central voice, while in others two or three equally loud voices at the same time. IMO, when you listen to the one-voiced files it’s more of a guided fantasy, while with the other files, once your brain suddenly “starts understanding” what the mixed voices are saying, stuff to do with brain hemispheres may have begun happening.
Or maybe not. I’m in the “listen on separate occasions and rarely” camp; can’t really imagine the effect of doing the whole challenge, if the files resonate with the listener. Could simply be a pleasure bender of titanic proportion, but could also be stuff to do with irreversible personality changes.
