i have always wondered whether these really work or it's only props for short-term use...
i would always be concerned to pinch something when closing it and what about bowel movement? (ok, a condom might help)
The ones i saw open to 6-7cm at the widest point. I have butt-plugs of that diameter, that wouldn't prevent me from escaping...
Even if one isn't used to that size, if it's worn for a while, the ass will probably be stretched enough to pull it out.

Many thoughts exactly. With my inflatable one I can pump it up a few times and my ass becomes accustomed to it. Can do it several times over a few hours for a very full feeling. It’s not painful as your body adjusts.0
