The videos are relaxing and fascinating, i find they can be used to mindset or pre-brainwash the listener so that a deeper trance can be produced in the more intense and direct hypnosis files. Its like they soften up the CM for easier access to the SCM

A bit late, but still better, than never: going to say "Thanks!" to SB for all the originally free (and originally non-free, sorry 😊 ) hypno-stuff!
