Definitely explicit. That said, I've been hearing it as seeing a nice cock spurting cum makes you want to cum/only cumming to cocks. "Making" cocks spurt is definitely another fun idea though. There's no explicit orgasm trigger though, but it does "shape" the conditions of what you find arousing/makes you want to cum. (Namely, cocks cumming.)
